What is Mobile Banking?

Mobile Banking is an internet based service that delivers the convenience of online banking to your iPhone or iPod Touch. Mobile Banking allows you to perform account transactions from your iPhone 24/7.

What services are available with Mobile Banking?

Mobile Banking allows the following types of services:

  • View account balances
  • View transaction history
  • View pending transactions
  • Transfer funds
  • Make loan payments or advances
  • Pay bills

What type of accounts can I access with Mobile Banking?

Mobile Banking will provide access to the same accounts that are viewable through Personal Internet Banking including your checking, savings, CDs and loans.

Is there a cost to use Mobile Banking?

No. Mobile Banking is a free service. Please contact your cell phone carrier for any standard charges that may apply to text messaging or web usage.

How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?

Mobile Banking enrollment is completed through Personal Internet Banking. Choose "Options" then "Mobile Banking Enrollment".

How do I access Mobile Banking?

After enrollment a text or email message is delivered to the registered iPhone with a link to Mobile Banking. If the message has been deleted, simply access the logon page. From the logon page a new "One Time Password" can be requested to deliver a new text message to the iPhone to login.

What do I use for my Access ID?

The Access ID used for Mobile Banking is the same as the Access ID used for Personal Internet Banking.

What is needed for Mobile Banking?

Your iPhone must have internet access for email and the built-in Safari web browser. An iPod Touch must be connected to a WiFi service.

Does Mobile Banking require any software to be loaded to the iPhone?

No. Mobile Banking is a browser based application that does not require any software to be loaded to the individual device.

Is Mobile Banking secure?

Yes. All messages exchanged between the iPhone and server are encrypted with 128 bit encryption. The message is then transferred over the phone carriers' network.
