Third quarter 2016 saw a new executive and several other faces join the ever-expanding Bank of Clarke family.
Joseph Zmitrovich joined Bank of Clarke County as Chief Lending Officer, replacing Dale Fritts who retired in June. Joe is also part of the Bank’s executive team and came to us from BB&T, where he most recently was Senior Vice President and Market President for BB&T’s southern Pennsylvania region. Joe’s extensive background in both consumer and commercial lending and loan administration/supervision made him the perfect candidate to fill this most important role with us. He earned his BA and MBA degrees from Penn State University. Welcome to the team, Joe!
Christopher Holthaus is the new Financial Services Assistant at our Old Town Center in downtown Winchester. Chris most recently was a financial services representative with City National Bank and has been in banking for six years. He is a graduate of Millbrook High School in Frederick County. Welcome Chris!
Kimberly Walker is the new Executive Assistant for our President/CEO. Kim comes to us from United Bank where she most recently was Branch Manager at its 50 West/Winchester location. Kim also has banking experience in the lending and training areas. Kim’s duties extend to the marketing and human resources departments as well, assisting in support for those areas. Kim holds a degree from Lord Fairfax Community College in Education and Human Services. Welcome aboard Kim!
Dwayne “Ed” Humphrey is the new appraisals and inspections administrator in our loan department. Ed joins us with extensive backgrounds in appraisals, real estate, sales and operations. Welcome Ed!
