How do I earn points?
Simply using your TSB VISA Check Card to make purchases, instead of checks or cash, is the easiest way to earn points. Whether it's at the grocery store or restaurant, every "CREDIT" purchase made with your debit card at the merchant will increase your point totals. Some merchants may offer “bonus points,” too. When you're getting ready to make a purchase, click into the “Earn Points” tab of the uChooseRewards.com website to see if a store or provider is offering any special incentives.
Earn at least 1 point for every $2 in purchases you make with your TSB VISA Check Card made at the merchant or online. Points are not awarded when you enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) to authorize the transaction or for money transfer transactions (e.g. Venmo, Google Wallet).
How do I know how many points I have?
You can get your current points balance at any time, just by logging into the uChooseRewards.com website.
How do I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed as soon as you have earned a minimum of 1,500 points or you can accumulate more points for bigger rewards! Just go to the uChooseRewards.com website to shop for the items you'd like to get using your points. Then, use the points in your account to “buy” the selected item.
What kinds of items can I get by redeeming points?
It's virtually unlimited. Everything from electronics to clothes, housewares to vacation packages. Even gift cards. Just browse the selections on uChooseRewards.com to see the thousands of things that you can get by redeeming your points. Redeemed gifts from uChoose can only be shipped to a U.S. address.
Can I get cash for my points?
No. These points do not have a “cash value,” and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, you can redeem your points for gift cards, good at participating retailers, which can be used like cash at the issuing store.
