How does uChoose Card Rewards work?  

Each purchase you make using your credit card will earn you points toward rewards. The points can be redeemed within the UMassFive mobile banking app, or within online banking. 

How do I earn points?

Simply using your credit card to make purchases, instead of checks or cash, is the easiest way to earn points. Whether it's at the grocery store, the restaurant or the 24-hour gas pump, every purchase made with your credit card will increase your point totals. Some merchants may offer “bonus points,” too. When you're getting ready to make a purchase, log into your UMassFive mobile banking app or within online banking to see what bonus offers are availible to you.

How do I know how many points I have?

You can get your current points balance at any time, just by logging into your UMassFive mobile banking app or online banking.

How do I redeem my points?

Use your UMassFive mobile banking app or online banking to shop for the items you'd like to get using your points. Then, use the points in your account to “buy” the selected item.

Can I earn points from stores that are not on the uChoose Card Rewards website?

Yes. Every purchase you make using your credit card will earn points – whether the store participates in uChoose Card Rewards or not. But, generally, you'll earn more points for making a purchase by using a store that is part of the program.

What kinds of items can I get by redeeming points?

It's virtually unlimited. Everything from electronics to clothes, housewares to vacation packages. Even gift cards and cash back. Just browse the selections in your UMassFive mobile banking app or within online banking to see the thousands of things that you can get by redeeming your points.
