Mobile Banking will provide access to the same accounts that are viewable through Online Banking including your checking, savings, CD's and loans.

Is there a cost to use Mobile Banking?

No. Mobile Banking is a free service. Please contact your cell phone carrier for any standard charges that may apply to text messaging or web usage.

How do I access Mobile Banking?

Download the Border Mobile Banking app from your app store and log in using your personal Online Banking credentials. If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking, enroll directly from the mobile app! 

What do I use for my User Name?

The User Name for Mobile Banking is the same as the User Name used for Online Banking.

Does Mobile Banking require any software to be loaded to the phone?

You will need to download our Border Mobile Banking app from your app store.

Is Mobile Banking secure?

Yes. All messages exchanged between the cell phone and server are encrypted with 128 bit encryption. The message is then transferred over the phone carriers' network.
