How do I earn points?

Simply using your debit card to make purchases, instead checks or cash, is the easiest way to earn points. Whether it's at the grocery store, the restaurant or the 24-hour gas pump, every purchase made with your debit card will increase your point totals.

Some merchants may offer “bonus points,” too. When you're getting ready to make a purchase, click into the “Earn Points” tab of the UChooseRewards.com website to see if a store or provider is offering any special incentives.
 

How do I know how many points I have?

You can get your current points balance at any time, just by logging into the www.UChooseRewards.com.

How do I redeem my points?

Use the UChooseRewards.com website to shop for the items you'd like to get using your points. Then, use the points in your account to “buy” the selected item.


Can I earn points from stores that are not on the UChoose Rewards website?

Yes. Every purchase you make using your debit card will earn points – whether the store participates in UChoose Rewards or not. But, generally, you'll earn more points for making a purchase by using a store that is part of the program.


What kinds of items can I get by redeeming points?

It's virtually unlimited. Everything from electronics to clothes, housewares to vacation packages. Even gift cards. Just browse the selections on UChooseRewards.com to see the thousands of things that you can get by redeeming your points.
 

Can I get cash for my points?

No. These points do not have a “cash value,” and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, you can redeem your points for gift cards, good at participating retailers, which can be used like cash at the issuing store.

How much does it cost to participate?

There's no cost to participate. Membership in UChoose Rewards is absolutely free for Security National Bank Debit Rewards card holders.

When can I redeem points?

It can take up to 40 days for your points to be credited to your account. You must first accumulate 30 points before you can redeem them. Your points are available to view on www.UChooserewards.com. Here, you can keep track of the points you've earned, and then shop the online rewards catalog when you're ready to redeem. Set up a Wish List Tracker that will notify you when you've earned enough points to redeem for a specific item on the site.
